Why aren't we allowed to make a top 4?

You have no idea how hard it was for me to chose between four girls, including the gorgeous Kimie.

Yet, my top 3 is: Mountain Sophie, Jennie's sister, and Housemaid.

I selected those three among all others both for the way they look and their personality. All of them are short, thin and cute, yet they have a balanced body and lovely curved shapes. In addition of that, each one of them has a pretty face expressing confidence, energy and a strong personality.
