At a higher level it becomes more manageable, I can do 5 tries every 100 minutes where I just spend a minute to do all fights... Still don't have the last girl from two bosses, and been farming them for a while now. Eventually I'll get them, but it's slow... I do understand the drop system a lot more now though, after having logged about 10000 fights and their drops. I think the droprate is around 3/1000 if you have 3 girls available for drops and around 1/300 for an event girl... The game seems to be using drop tables (one for every boss) where every drop that becomes unavailable is replaced with money drops (including quest items after progressing past their use in the quests and girl drops that you already received). Don't know the inner workings of the system though, just the results that I can observe, although it still has a large margin of error (I want to get at least 10x as much data before I can call it accurate enough).

My own main issue is the slow collecting when you have too many girls... It gets really bad when you get 30+, and I'm now at 50+... If I gather the money every time I do the fights, I need to click at least half of them and the scrolling isn't that great so it takes a while. I would even gladly pay 1000 kobans for having it permanently automated when the page is opened rather than doing it manually (although I am reluctant to pay the 2 kobans for the single use collection).
