I do find that the HH developers do listen to our feedback and even interact with us players (through Discord) to help make the game better compared to other online games out there.

I've been playing for about a year now and I'm super impressed on how much there willing to put alot of their time and effort into it. Most developers would make an update that had problems with it or hinder the player way too much, which happened during the 2.0 update and just say f**k you to our faces. But after the update went live and the flaws had become apparent they're now changeing it. I definitely applaud them for it.

He lets one of the mods, Greetingz, diss users and lets him get away with calling people cry babies for their legit complaints

There was a problem with Discord with Fatal user expressing his complaints. The thread Fatal made mysteriously deleted.

There is a lot of shady stuff going on behind smiles

As the above user mentioned, they are very wishy washy. However, I would imagine the only reason they acted as quick is they did, would be due to liability.

You do realize Greetingz isn't a mod, right? I mean, I don't like the guy either, but he is not a mod. Not here, nor in the Discord.
