Statistically even if it was something like 0.2% you could do 5,000 fights and still not get it

Yes, the game NEEDs to do something about it

Very unlucky not getting event girls.

The flaw is in the design, using a static chance of getting the girl on each try. If unlucky you'll never get the girl. A possible solution would be increasing the chance a bit with every fail, starting at maybe 1% and increasing it with 0,1% with each fail, resetting to 1% when you get a girl. A cap on the chance would make sense, maybe 10% for the regular gilrs, and up to 50% for event girl. This way it will become somewhat easier to get the girls, while it still takes effort to get them.

I don't know what the rates are but apparently there is a mechanic like this.... but only for the non-event girls. (Event girls are left on the sidelines with a static rate.)

It's kind of weird and counter-intuitive though. Events are a limited opportunity. You only get so much time to roll the dice for the two event girls (and that's only ever just two of an event's six girls, with one as the dailies reward and three exclusive to epic pachinko, they could help the odds on the event troll drops and they'd still have those pachinko exclusives to tempt people to pay into the game) and then they're gone (at least until the event repeats or the girls get dumped into a massive epic pachinko exclusive grab bag like they did for the game's anniversary). Non-event girls, in contrast to that, will still be available to drop from the trolls indefinitely for as long as it takes you to get them. It's the event drops that need the helping hand, obviously.

Don't know about that, I've literally beat Finalmecia thousands of times and still got nothing.

Same here. Have fought her at least 2k times since she came out, and still nothing.

*shrug* It came up with favorable results for some people here:

But I've heard that a fix was implemented to prevent it from doing the same thing again in the future. Maybe they overtuned it into being too weak to help anybody or something? (Honestly, I felt like there was a difference between how fast I got drops before and after version 2.0 but I haven't noticed a difference in drops before and after that incident. So who knows.)
