My Noemy takes 7.5k for 4th star, but she's only in position 11. Getting my Noemy to 4th star is actually cheaper than some of the 3 stars I have been working on lately. Ishtar, which is in the 65th position (my last girl so far) takes 9.75k for her 3rd star, which is higher than Noemy's 4th star.
