Personally, I like the "revival events", it allows those of us who weren't playing from the beginning a chance to catch up on some of the out of circulation Haremettes. Sure, it takes a bit longer to level the girls (and their affection) up, but it really does seem to be a bit better than pre-HH 2.0, overall.
