Thread: How is going to be a "little help" the affinity from PvP?

From what I've been battling so far, I haven't seen any combat (with lvl differences of more than 20 lvls) give me more than 4xp and 4aff for the girls IF I WIN. So, taking into account that most of the girls I own have affinity bars that need 30.000 to 45.000 points (taking into account the 5 stars ones would be 60.000), and by winning 2/3 (a normal ratio) of the PvP fights every 30 minutes (refreshing time), let's do some with quick maths with the lower ones:

30.000 aff points / (4 aff points) = 7500 won battles.


If i win 2 battles every 30 min due to the refreshing times:

7500 won battles / 2 won battles every 30 min per refreshing time = 3750 refreshing times (30 min time)

So now let's see how much time I have to be online to get one of those lower affection bars to be completed:

(3750 x 30 min) / 60 min an hour = 1875 hours. 1875 / 24 hours a day = 78,125 days.


So, you see, only 78 days to complete 1 to 3 girls. But wait a minute! That would be if I could stay online 24 hours a day! Silly me! I can ONLY spend my 8 leisure hours staying online:

1875 / 8 hours a day = 234 days.

Much better. Now I only need more than half a year to gain the necessary affinity! (assuming I do not eat and I don't do other things apart from playing this gem of a game)

It's completely useless. Even if you think of it as a little push, even getting 1/4 of the affinity bar would take you 58 days. By this time you would have got 6 other girls from event that you still have to stack up in affinity.

It's true that with the xp you kinda grow faster due to the smaller xp bars, but the affinity ones are just insane. I understand the "more girls more money you have to pay", but c'mon, we are talking about the ones I already have, and I can't even see what they look like in the final form.


I'm not going to talk about the price of the gifts and how they lowered the money income we get, which was why I was looking up to this new update, which, as you can see, is almost nothing. If they continue like this, and like a lot of people has said, this game will end up without players.

heck, because of my level, I get 3 affections instead and the grind is slow indeed.
they are in the process of updating affections system so when further changes roll around, these little help might become big help, God willing.

Although wining fights give xp, they increased xp needed to level up girls for all girls, so actually, leveling might take longer due to this update

Damn! I did not realise about the increase of the xp bar. I just thought i did not pay attention when I thought I had spend 5 rare spell books to increase 15 levels. This means I did pay attention, but didnt realise about the increasing.

Anyway, thanks for the insight on the affection updates, but more than ever I think that if that's not quickly solved, I'll abandon this game.

and you and me both, not getting the legendary girl or continued inflation of affection/upgrade costs will drive me away from this game

Also, since affection adds a multiplier to damage, you don't want to go in with anyone but your highest-affection girls in the first place. If you go in with lower-affection girls, you'll just lose a bunch, so you can't even level them up that way.

or you end up leveling just 1 of them. I also thought about that, but I supposed I was the only stupid with difficulties in the arena

Was the XP increase, needed to level a girl, yet another undisclosed update? Just how much did it increase? Any idea?

i don't have a precise formula, but its around increase of 70% -> almost double previous cost
someone in the HH forum may know more, there r couple of threads that discuss this
welp, the devs posted that it wasn't ready and the xp increase shouldn't have been part of this patch or smth

This is pretty unforgivable to me and such an unnecessary change. I'm already running out of exp books now with the limited supply and now it's going to take even more? Sheesh...
