What is the strategy of forming a team? Do I put my best girl in each category on the team or do I only focus on one stat?

If you're hardcore you best 3 hardcore will almost certainly be the best team, same for charm and knowhow using top charm and knowhow

With the tweak to 2nd stats actually kinda meaning something if you have 2 who are close, very close, and the 2nd one has better off stats it may be worth experimenting
