how do I go up a level
weapons equipment, protection, shoes . etc...

You can't improve or level up the items you have.

So if you want better items, you need to get new ones from the shop, pachinko, missions, events, etc..

You can't level up the items, you gotta get new items with higher level.
The new items (drop, pachinko, market) are always the same level as you, so you get higher level items by leveling up your account.

The troll teeth, underwear, and the power of butt, gets all the shit you need.
