I'm often wondering this same thing, and it's been an ongoing issue every day / every night for... I don't even know how many months now. Sometimes I get lucky streaks where I can do a bunch of things with no problem at all, and sometimes just trying to do any one little thing, whether it's starting a troll / arena / league battle or whether it's collecting money from the harem or whether it's buying / selling something in the market or whether it's advancing story scenes or whether it's collecting rewards from missions / contests or whatever else... It fails and I have to reload the page and try again, and that goes into a repeating cycle of reloading over and over and not actually getting through anything. And it can have wild swings from one extreme to the other at any random time. And it's always just this game having trouble. Other websites and other things on Nutaku are all still working fine while Harem Heroes struggles.
