I'm using program called Free Mouse Clicker and browser extension that refresh game window at intervals with some variation. Used from day one of membership card for simplicity and to support game. Previously I had macro recorded to click each girl manually, but it was a hassle to add new ones after each event. It's quite useful, while ~8mil a day isn't much, it adds up and together with money I get from sniping 1st place at tournament, I can save up enough for pachinko gear to be able to snipe said tournaments over and over.

In 3 different clubs I have been member to, every single person above 300 was using such macros as well. Mandatory stuff if you want to stay relevant in tournaments (tho I cannot do much in last tier yet).
