To me, the first gacha is important because it shows if there's any potential whatsoever, but the 2nd one is where you see what you're going to be playing with for the foreseeable future. If I'm aiming for something and the first gacha seems reasonable, I got no problem playing up to the second and seeing how it goes. But I damn sure am not putting a single minute more into the clown fiesta I just got from that one. Ugh.
After that unpleasantness I did manage to roll Amaterasu finally after never seeing her all Event, but with literally no other good draws. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and play through to the 2nd gacha and 2 tickets, but... if she doesn't make some super interesting friends by then she'll end up in the hole with the last ones.
