Hey guys, we all know about getting the passive skill of both main and support eidolon.
But i heard that you also get a little bonus with the other eidolon if they are the same element.
For example if i use fire team and with crom as main eidolon and also have fafnir and typhon then my team will get 40% attack and 20% HP from crom but also about 10% attack from fafnir and typhon that have the same element.
Is that true or just an rumor?

The kamihime of the same element will get a 10% boost to stats from that eidolon. It's minor in the big scheme of things, with a boost of ~5% to overall stats being the maximum benefit possible.

On wiki i found One-time Purchases, and there is (for ex.) Mark II Calibur SR Wind Sword, and it has 3 tiers, what does it mean? It has better stats at each purchase? Or it's just same item?

That would be the Wind SR Sword in the exchange, for the world 2 items iirc. What it means is that you can buy each copy ONCE (they're identical). Ideally, of course, you'd use it for Break Limiting the same copy. The wind sword is the only one kinda maybe worth doing - the other 2 (water staff and thunder lance iirc) are both defender items.

So if you spend a long time farming the wind drop items from the main quests, you could trade them for multiple copies of the SR sword, same as the SR Eidolon Sephirot.

just checked japanese wiki and saw that we'll have water "fee event" soon.
can someone tell me what is this fee event? we have to pay to practice or something?

The Japanese kanji "報酬", when combined into a phrase, means reward. If interpreted literally and separately, means "fee" and "event" or something similar. Google translate is still wonky.

No payment needed though, if you meant real life cash.

Just started playing the game yesterday and I've been rerolling for some time now and just got my first 2 ssr in one account: Odin and Titania. Is this good enough?
