It depends on the role you assign her to. In a team setup, she offers a heal, a party-wide atk/def up B frame buff and finally a single target atk down A frame debuff. If you have Gabriel, the atk/def buff is similar, albeit in a smaller size (20% for SSR Nike, 12% for SR Gabriel), but since the max is 50% total anyway, so the 8% is not that significant. And Gabriel is easier to get. Finally, the single most reason I don't like her over other SSR in water is her long skill cool down. 8 T for each of the buff/debuff skills and 7 T for the 1800 party heal is just too long to wait. I like the flexibility of skills with 6 or 5 T cool down just so I have the option to react to whatever the boss throws at me. I don't want the game to make the decision for me. Then again you can argue that the game is making the decision for you by its Gacha outcome anyway.

Well, if you want a good Water healer, your only choices are SSR Nike and Aphrodite. Nike is nice because she also has a type A DEF DWN debuff and type B buff, effectively replacing Gabriel. She potentially frees up your Soul to be a non-healer.

I'm doing all my rolls when SSR Nike is released, since Nike, Ryuuou and Cthulhu will all be available, and any of the 3 would be excellent.

You don't understand how DEF DWN stacks then. Each percentage point increase is more valuable than the last. It's the opposite of assault skill (and ATK UP) in that regard.
