If I had to guess, it'll be like Premium Tickets except the only kamihime in the pool are the three that were chosen. SSR chance will still be really low.

The (potential) 700 jewels from the retweet campaign are probably going to be more worthwhile than the poll itself, considering the low odds of pulling anything good from gacha tickets.

Am I to believe that everyone will get the twitter rewards regardless if you participated or not? Unless I'm misunderstanding soething about twitter, there is no mentions of IDing your account for the twitter part. I would assume everyone gets the reward as long as we meet the requirements?

Correct. A news post went up confirming that all players will get the Twitter rewards regardless of whether or not they do any retweeting.
