2 hours of burst?

Someone said that the higher your equipment skill level, the less effective the buff is. I would understand about the ATK parameter, but does that also apply to DEF buff? Or to any buff that doesn't include ATK/HP bonus.

That is not literally true. For attacks for instance, if you deal 100 damage and have +100% buff, you will deal 200 damage, 100% more. If you added another +100% attack buff, you'd deal 300 damage, or 50% more. So they give the same amount, it is just the % increase is lower. It doesn't matter whether the character attack buff comes from equipment, kami skill, or eidolan.

Defense is the same way. With +100% def a 100 damage hit becomes 50. With another +100% defense it becomes a 33 damage hit.

What type of atk bonus does the Relic Weapon gives? Character atk or Elemental atk?

I believe it's at first Character atk like other weapons, but later (very soon after their release?) gets bumped up to be Elemental attack.

Seems like the game didn't adjust to the end of DST this morning and I saw people wondering why burst didn't happen when it was supposed to. Anyone know if it has adjusted or if it's going to be an hour off from now on?

Would say it stays off till the next time adjustement. But thats just my personal opinion, no clue how they will handle it.

For me at least, Burst Hour was off-times once we moved to daylight savings, but went back to normal today.

Places that don't use daylight savings may need to adjust their Burst Hours, I guess.

I thought game time was Pacific, which matched up as long as I've been playing.
