Noob here, and I have a question. When it comes to equipping weapons, is it better to use weapons with higher raw stats, or should I use weapons that might have lower stats but match up the element of whatever team I'm using?

Early on, just get what you can. Later, once you have... maybe 5 LMB SR/SSR weapons of the same element, start upgrading the Assault skill levels.

Check out Sanahtlig's toolbox for a damage calc (link above, though to the wrong sheet, you want the second sheet all the way to the left), it'll show you when an on-element weapon is better than a high base damage off-element. For me, at late game, it's like... 400 base attack is 3%ish (the base of SR Assault at skill level 1). And since it's very easy to get 9% (SR Assault skill level 12), it's almost impossible for an off-element to be better than an on-element weapon. However, that number will be much bigger for you early game.

Yes, just like they retroactively raised wind lilim damage to 70-90% like they were supposed to when fire lilim came out.

I would not count on her getting cheaper, at least not anytime soon after they do the change.

Just noticed the SSR break items are 20 draconic eyes. Holy hell jeez. Definitely no free players ever getting those.

I can't imagine a good use for them other than LB'ing a +100% eidolon. Players who land one without rerolling will likely have some spare Draconic Eyes lying around.
