If you still plan to reroll, going for Dark Amaterasu would be better if you want to use a dark team, in fact, she's the highest priority for them.

As for your current set up, your goal should be getting D'art for Sniper Shot, because you don't have Dark Amaterasu and you already missed the Koihime event, thus you have no b-frame debuffs at all and because dark teams don't have any aside from those two, if you miss her, you're stuck using Sniper Shot for another year until the event comes back. Siegfied is bottom of the list, she's not even worth getting til the end, her mastery bonus is garbage and her ex skills aren't important.

Sol is fine but I'm not sure she'll fit in a group with Osiris. She'd complement Cthulhu, but Dragon King or SSR Nike would probably be better picks if you wanted to focus on Water. I recommend starting with Sol since it minimizes the rerolling required, as she can fit into random builds based on what the Gatcha gives you. Since you rerolled for 2/4 of an optimized team, Sol is less valuable to you. You should further optimize your best team, not generalize.

For the Dark build with Osiris, you'll want to use Mordred with Sniper Shot. That means picking up D'art next. Mordred will help you land your debuffs, and Black Propaganda is indispensable for most content.

If you want to go back to rerolling, this is good advice too. Dark Amaterasu + one of the other recommended Dark SSRs would be a really good haul. But so would the +100% eidolons. There's always something better to reroll for, but the question is do you want to spend your time rerolling or playing?

Well according to him, it's his alt account, so I would assume hes already 'playing' with his main. Unless he plans to swap over.

    I appreciate all the advice..

I'm currently playing 'both' accounts, with the hours I put into the alt in the last three weeks + 2 events, no way I'm doing any more re-rolling, that was so boring.

If I decide to spend cash on this game, I'll probably go with the Hades, and I'll be sure to prioritize D'dartagnan next either way.

If you want to go dark you have some flexibility as you have Nyarl which covers both dark A frame debuffs. Hades is a good choice but you could also go amon. Alternatively you have cthulhu so you could try to put together a water team by picking either ryu-oh or ssr nike. If you don't want to really commit to a team right now sol is generally useful in a lot of situations.

Think of it as a element-specific C frame Def Down. It'll get you to -50% quite easily, and other elements won't get it, but otherwise it's "just" another Def Down.
In addition, the wiki page for light Tsukuyomi points out that the element resist debuff also reduces resistance against debuffs from that specific element. So light resist debuff functions both as light-specific def down and a debuff resist down effect for light-only.
So if you don't already have a normal debuff resist debuff, you use the element resist debuff first, then try to throw your other debuffs (from kamihime of the same element).

    Question

When should I next roll jewels? Is it Ashirato?

Fire: Yamaraja, Ceridwen, Agni, Amon, Baphomet, Nergal etc. + MLB Yatagarasu
Water: Cthulhu, Shiva, Belphegor, Nodens, Kikuri-hime, Nike SR + MLB Jack Frost
Wind: Odin, Krampus, Guan-Yu, Cybele SR, Zephyrus + Sleipnir lvl 40
Thunder: Thor, Nemesis, Perun + LB3 Mastema
Dark: Lu Bu, Nyarlathotep + MLB Jack-o-Lantern
Light: Metatron, Urania, no other debuffs but lots of attack+ MLB St. Nicholas

    Thanks!

That's interesting, but one of the features of Mordred's debuff resistance down ability is that it rarely misses. The same probably can't be said for Tsukuyomi's ability. For my Water team, if debuff resistance down misses, I'll often get multiple misses of other debuffs, and that can easily cause a wipe in difficult content like Accessory Quests Rank 4.
