I am a bit lost with the awakening dates. Where can I find the calendar to see what to expect next? (Assuming next ones to get an Awakening are Svarog, Titania and Ares)

The encyclopedia in Sanahtlig's toolbox gives you a quick peek on all the upcoming SSRs. Note that so far, Nutaku has done Awakenings one event early.

There is also the DMM wiki which I assume you already know of.

Without even using a reference, Awakenings on DMM occur once a month. Nutaku has kept to that approximately. So if you know the order, you know when they'll likely happen.

Also, hyperlinks are almost invisible in the new forum layout. That's why I bold them.

With jewels, the only bonus rate you'll ever get is for new kamihimes when they release which usually lasts a week.

I have recommended rolling dates in my guide for some elements (ex: Fire). If there's demand I could add others.

Aren't the crossover rewards supposed to be out already?
