Is it even possible for someone who can only beat Expert to farm both events fully in the short time we have? I haven't even done one and I've used 15+ Elixir and I only have 1 Eidolon and 2 star weapon.

if you have a friend list full of active people, you should unfriend persons who have been inactive like that for awhile
cuz you will never see their eidos, mostly because the active friends always take priority

but if you dont have a lot of friends, you can still see them from time to time i think

you're gonna have a hard time trying to do that.. unless you have a surplus of half elixirs and you might be able to come close
this is because experts dont drop as much as ultimates do

It's completely impossible to farm something usefull unless you can farm ulti because high grade mats drop rate is nerfed to the abyss. Devs already implemented loot table from remade events, but kept old prices. I recomend don't worry about current event and save HE for Ilyanka in a month - it will be remade already (prices will be cut in about 3 times) so you could get all you need from experts too.

Since my kami cover all the debuff i need and i already have modred for BP which soul should i aim for better dmg herc or arthur

I would say hercules if you can stack a lot of buffs on her, and since her buffs wont disappear anymore after using first skill but... I don't know if she's fixed already

if you do want someone cheaper, you can go for arthur since she costs way less than hercules does (she's also great for burst hours and mvp stealing if you can place provisional forest as ex skill)

Thks i will go herc because burst team is not the best team for f2p because R, SR burst is so weak compare to SSR

No.

Wait for Ultimate daily Caves of Elements to get more Holy Stars of Light, maybe then

You can convert one kind on another on the shop. Is expensive, but if you have a good number is an option. Union events have a good loot of Holy Lights.
