Any idea when/if we are going to be able to use the 3rd world and up materials like Pure Water and Crystallized Flower? There is currently no trade for them in the shop and I see no other use for them.

Hard to say, since I have not been able to find an update history/archive on the wiki, and the page on the shop doesn't say when so and so was implemented. Only lead I've found is someone saying in the comments about 2 months after launch that Melusine (3rd world's eidolon) was added.

Ah okay that implies that we will get an Eidolon and Weapon to trade for, for each world. Just at a later date. I'm assuming there is a world for each element, since that is also how you get some SRs for each element, story Kamihime and Eidolons.

Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong.

Cybele's skill is basically dodge anything for 1 turn.

I'd have to double check to make sure, but I think Nergal's skill either dodges like Cybeles or just reduces damage instead of fully negating an attack.

As for Kushinada, can't say for sure since I don't have her. My only guess is that it's similar to Roland's skill where they take the hit for up to one ally every enemy attack.

Hermes skill dodges all regular attacks and counter attacks 1x per hit.

Anyone know what the best place to find the lowest level holy crystals is? The little pile of pebbles?

I started farming the SP quest to get upgrade materials and realized I have an abundance of the high level ones and literally none of the low level ones. Stupid backwards problems.

I figure it's the 8ap or the 15ap, but I just wasn't sure which was "better" as I keep getting the mid-level crystals instead of the smallest ones.

Crystal problem is sorted. Now I just need 10k gems for all these Limit Breaks, haha. Any recommendations for good places to get gems? Or shall I just set up a tent in 7-4 again.

the supp eidolon that you set to your friends, is the one at the first team?? or it change with my current team?

It's 100% current team. I've seen it change myself when running multiple accounts.

I honestly just recommend playing normally. It starts to pile up when you have nothing else to break limit as there isn't much use for gems aside from (at least for now it seems) rolling regular gatcha for enhancing and donating to union.

Appears to be missing the ingredients.

A Fire Disaster raid boss or 2 should solve that problem.
