Actually when i was rerolling i did a gacha pull that gave me nothing but rare, laughed my tits off when i saw that.

It is guarantee 1 SR+ per 3k jewel draws. It's not guarantee SR KAMIHIME, just at least 1 of anything SR or above. You probably got a kamihime-less weapon or a eidolon. Unless you did 10 separate 300 jewel draws them, then yea, wouldn't be a surprise since there's no benefits to doing that.

I can confirm this. In 100 10-rolls of Jewel Gatcha not a single roll had 0 SR+.

It's in the How to Play Tab -> Gacha under the game.

Nutaku Gold can be used to draw:
Premium 10 Chain Gacha

Magic Jewels can be used to draw:
Magic Jewel 10 Chain Gacha

that will give you
at least one SR or higher Weapon or Eidolon guaranteed!

And it doesn't show when using jewels since there's no transaction notice but when using gold, it states it as well in the description when purchasing the 10draws.

A poor move by the devs IMO, notice needs to be placed on the gacha screen before purchase.

so wait is it worth it to save up for 3000 or to just spend it when you have a lot and hope for something

For jewels, only do the 3k draws, there is no benefits doing 10 separate 300 jewel draws. You might end up getting 10 Rs doing it 300 at a time. While doing the single 3k jewel draw will ensure you at least get a SR of something.

Gold on the other hand is a bit different since it has daily 150 gold draws. If you can get at least 1 SR out of 20 150g draws, you're already doing better than you would doing a 3k gold 10 draw.

there will be raid event right after our current one, which is water raid battle. And few events later, we will be gettin union event as well, so make sure to join active union by that time, or you will be out of luck.

o raid battle... is it have to active with union in certain of time? if that so... i need to find some union in GMT+8 time...

Raid battles have nothing with union: its just like the raids we have now: you start battle, you can ask for help (or not ask, if you confident you can solo) and u beat the living sht out of poor boss. Union event on the other hand is different and im not too familiar with it: it has some sort of personal contribution, union contribution and whatnot. Basically if you want to get max profits from union event, you need an active union. But for raid event you dont need any union.

Anyone know if there's a way to forcefully change/update your friend eidolon list while choosing for a quest? Real annoyance with several random people on my FL that decided to swap over to a weak R/SR water eidolon that keep showing up as support. I don't want to kick them just for that but I might if this keeps up.
