    No update is necessary. The accessory enhance materials yield equivalent XP to a regular accessory of the same rank with the same-element bonus (1.5x) on everything except Mirage element accessories (source). Use the bonus field in my calculator to incorporate this bonus.

    I didn't mean that their summon effects are worse or that they suck as eidos, just that considering they all have some summon effect besides dmg, light and dark eidos feel worse than the others because you need a whole roster of same element eidos to get the 100% dmg passive.     Light and Dark have no elemental weakness and already get an extra 3% base elemental damage bonus. -20% elemental damage or limited choice of eidolons is a fair price to pay for that added versatility.

    Wait... so a level 1 R fodder gives only the same amount of exp as a level 1 rare (of the same element)? That sounds... utterly pointless?

    On a side note, 3% Elemental Atk isn't much. Meanwhile, Fire/Water/Wind/Thunder get 6% total from damage from Union Guardians... if it's set right.

    Still, having no elemental weakness when played by the player is a pretty big boon by itself.

    The SRs would be helpful if you can't clear Accessory Quest Rank 4 (or just can't be bothered to run it).

    Player side is stronger. So running Light, you'll have 3% Elemental attack against Fire/Water/Wind/Thunder, and proper elemental advantage over Darkness (48% Elemental attack, -25% damage taken).

    Only Phantom does extra damage to player Light/Dark. But so does Light/Dark against Phantom.

    Oh... I read the help a loooong time ago when I dabbled in the game with another account and now I saw the elemental advantage graphic and just assumed I'd get extra dmg from dark as light and viceversa. Just checked it again, and yeah, only player deals extra dmg. Nice... and yeah, now it makes sense those eidolons get that little bit of disadvantage. In any case, I'm happy with water, love debuffs xD. If I ever get strong units from one of those elements I hope it's dark, I remember liking more himes from that element, in fact, I don't remember liking almost any light hime I ever had o.o

    honestly, you're gonna need as many himes as you can get come Tower of Malice (used himes get locked out of lineups for a while) so it's best to take what you can get (they also feed free magic jewels anyway)... but if you feel like a restart isn't gonna set you back too far, just reroll again.

    i currently have over 160 himes and still want more. just putting that out there.

    What. Both weapons have the same on-burst effect (the Def Down). The Axe will always be Elemental Atk, as will other offensive Relic weapons.

    The only thing you got right is that the Axe is generally better...
