Well, here's a simple checklist in order of priority:
1. Assault
2. Dual-skill
3. SSR

He probably means Sonsaku/Sheren weapon. M Assault / S Exceed, so pretty good dual. Unfortunately, it'll most likely never get FLB (it does get upgraded to M Assault / M Exceed though).

Because up to this point no limited Kamihime weapon got FLB.
Who knows though, I thought they'll never change UE and in January they plan to add additional boss to it in JP version (as far as I understand).

i'm honestly amazed no limited weapons got FLB....

between shop medals and the special miracle ticket, it's possible that any player could get a limited weapon to FLB (even though it'd take a long time)


and given epic quest is a thing, event raid weapons need FLB too...
