Well... yikes the ban strike... but guess you'll read this 3 days later.
You see, that's where I've realised... not exactly.
Stacking to +120% assault seems like a really potent thing, but in reality you're getting there in 12T. Ok, maybe 12T isn't far, but then let's see what's her other skills... ah the +100 burst.
Looks good doesn't it? Stack amulets, and whale FB repeatedly. Well, except 2 things. First, are you gonna keep up that assault buff, or run for the FB setup instead? It doesn't look good either way. You get a net gain of 1 amulet per 5 turns by spamming atk up stacks... which means 35 turns to get that FB going. Yikes. And Nike doesn't have any BG outside of that skill. If you drop that for FB setups instead... well you lose out on all those assault stacks. And still take 10T to get your first FB out.
That brings me to: second, that FB skill isn't really all that awesome once you see what light can do... without Nike. Pretty sure you'd have heard stories of light chain bursting like wind does, and if you apply the FB gain rate Nike has to chaingun teams... it's not exactly the best. And that's not considering the other things they are doing outside of just burst setups. Nike in this case will be nothing but an FB slave... while the other himes have other utilities to add to the equation.
Well... just put some thought behind that and compare that to the current light SSRs we have now. Is she really the queen of slow paced gameplay, or is she... just a glorified turtle?
Certainly... not alone. This ties in to what I said about light being a chaingun FB type element. Many dps based light himes can hold up their BG just fine. Notably, Lugh tends to be a very suicidal hime... so naturally you'd bring a Sol to sustain her dps. Wait, but Sol's BG... Right, there's Tish to beef her TA rate. Problem solved. Or perhaps you could run light Athena to facetank dem single targets, and use Tish's heal to support Lugh. Well, light Athena also doesn't exactly have the godliest of BG, so again, TA up. And that's just 1 necessary hime. She can upkeep 2, so even if the hime doesn't need TA, that's still a lot of extra dmg from TA, assault and maybe crit.I still wouldn't say that it's broken when she can only upkeep two Hime with her buffs, but JESUS that's a lot of Assault and particularly Triple rate. That certainly makes sense now why people like her so much.
And that's just a few simple examples of what could be. Like the current wind meta, where the last member often falls behind on BG (save Aether, and she sometimes struggles if she doesn't get enough DATA off), Tish is like the Titania of the bunch, making sure anyone who's naturally slower doesn't fall behind on BG.
Ah... lemme just list down the several things about this event:dummy-kun
1. Your rank is determined based on the highest amount of dmg you dish out on the dummy in a single turn.
2. Dummy-kun def breaks himself over time to a max of 45% at 10T.
3. You have 12T for each run.
4. Dummy-kun's debuff res rivals, if not surpasses, lvl 90 wind rag boss debuff res.
... I'll let y'all think how it works.
In the meantime, one more thing to note:
120% assault from light Nike... or vigor buff? You do the maths.
