Currently I'd say going for thunder Afro is worth it at least.

Since Thunder Aphro Rate Up is long gone, you're not going to recommend waiting a week? Since Thunder Aphro will probably still be in the pool and thus be about as likely to be found next week. But then you'll have Tish Rate Up instead of Light Nike.
