Just picked up Brahma. Something I wasn't sure on from reading the wiki is the vigor buff her burst gets after awakening. Does the buff get applied before the attack itself, so that particular burst would be at double strength at full HP (like for burst hour fun times), or does it apply after the attack, and thus you'd have to rush back up to full gauge to burst with the benefit of vigor?

All burst effects are applied after the burst is finished.

Question: How do I get more Eidolon/weapon enhancement material? I know that there are Weapon/Eidolon enhancement material SP quests occasionally (like 1 at 11AM my time for 1 hour), but that's the only timing I know.

Relevant questions: Should I run them? Should I spend half-elixirs for them?
Context: I have about 100 HEs right now, and about 12 different weapons that I want to level for my light, dark and fire grids.

Gem gacha, advent runs, union events (demons) are all decent methods to obtain enhance materials. Gemcha is especially important as you'll be getting your half elixirs and R non enhance materials from there... which are vital to skill levelling.

Don't run weapon/ eido enhance quests, they're generally not worth your AP. Instead, it's recommended that you run gem quests regularly to restock enough gems for your daily gemcha (100k gems per day).

I’m a water main and relatively new to the game (rank ~50). Do you guys go out of your way to farm raid SR’s for other elements to fill weapon grids or just snag off-element event SSR’s as they come along?

I guess my question is how important is it to work on off-element teams?

imo I would focus around the element you have the most same sr/ssr himes or 100% eidolon of and try to get that elements weapon grid maxed before considering working on another.
