Uriel's awakening is more on the broken good end of the spectrum (that is, on the opposite end of Ea's). It doesn't transform her in terms of function; she's a burst attacker with high combo rate in between bursts before awakening and she's still a burst attacker with high combo rate after awakening. But it sharpens her from being pretty good at that role into being really good at that role.
Details-wise...
Burst effect changes from bonus damage of +0.85 per charge to +2.00 per charge
Abi1 changes from 1 charge per use with a max of 5 charges to 2 charges per use with a max of 10. So you go from cranking up your burst by 0.85 with each use of abi1 to +4.00 per use. That's insanely good when as an awakened SSR, her burst multiplier should start at 5.5. She will ram into the soft damage cap for bursts very easily, which lead into...
Abi2 gets cooldown reduced from 4 turns to 3, as well as gaining another effect; raising her own burst attack's soft damage cap by 50% each time (to a max of +100%, so 2 uses). And she answers her own problem.
Abi3 gets burst gain rate improved from +5 to +7.5 as well as tacking on a +25% fire atk buff.
The passive is listed as improving from +15% double/+15% triple per charge to +20% double/+20% triple. So with 1 use of Abi1, you should rarely see single attacks, and with 2 uses you should never see singles.
So yea, awakening turns Uriel into an even Uriel-er Uriel. She becomes the Uriel-est.
Awakened Uriel is an even Cute-r Uriel, you wouldn't want only a regular Uriel, would you?

So I just got this message while farming the event.
What in FUCKS name is this bullshit? I've never sent a support ticket so fast in my life. Of course it happens on the only day of the week I can actually farm an event all day.
So now we're getting punished for playing too much? What a joke

Quick game mechanic question. If you break limit an SR weapon, does it increase the potency of skill up?
If so, does it do so additively, or multiplicatively?

Sorry, I think I worded it wrong. I meant if you use a 3 star SR as skill fodder, will it provide more than a base SR?
So if a 0 star provides 10%, will a 3 star give 30%, the same 10%, or something in between?
I answered my own question after realizing my own stupidity. I just used one I had equipped and canceled the enhance.

it'd still be the same, if you use a 3 star wep and it's leveled it'll only effect the amount of exp you get rather than the skill level itself... unless the fodder has been SLed too
0 star and 3 star would be the same if theyre both skill level 1
selling brand new account with L/E SSR and full plus more fire team.
has at least 1 SSR of each element.

As said by Kitty, no. Limit breaks are entirely wasted when used as fodder. Only skill level and quality matters. To be exact, it's SkillLevel*Quality.
Quality is 10 for R, 35 for SR, shitton for SSR (can't remember), 20 for R Grail, 50 for SR Grail. So slvl2 SR weapon gives 70 points, slvl3 gives 105 points and slvl4 gives 140 points. Slvl2 SSR is enough to 100% everything, I believe, even 29 -> 30.
Oh, and points required skill level is 5 in Rs, 10 in SRs, 20 in SSRs. Easy to remember: For SRs, just use as many Rs as the current slvl is. Got a slvl15 SR you want to level to 16? Use 15 Rs. Done. Once you get used to that, you can get used to the more "advanced" stuff like using a slvl4 SR + 1 R.
