Since the release of D'art's weapon obviously. People thought it is just her Wind Gun that got bugged but it turns her overall HP weapon skill(Sniper Shot additional debuffs) is bugged.

DMM doesn't experience this bug so go spam support tickets and tweets at Nutaku.
