one could dream.... cause lord knows the SR ones really suck major ass (unless you need the HP and well, just get an SR weapon for it or something)

maybe the same formula but it caps at 30% to both and hopefully gives elemental atk and NOT character atk? (and make them SSR so we got scenes)
