There is supposedly a cap to Accessory stats, but for Affliction, you cannot realistically reach it. For example, I think that for Def up, the cap is a whopping 40%. With our current available slots, the most you can get is 27%.

So, absolutely stack at least 3x Affliction to any Hime who has debuffs.

You can theoretically (although impossibly) stack 9 of these, or 15 when the true ragna raids are released (3 effects per accessory) up to a total affliction rate boost of 15% (if there is no cap?). Good luck getting those accessories though, you'll probably get married before you do.
