Since you have to battle your way down twice a day, I'd say around 24 himes of said element (or some shit like that). The last day you can do the last missions with all previous used himes unlocked.

So is the tower event friendly to intermediates/newbies?

Ah...! Holy shit! I did it! I finally beat a Ragnarok Advent, after all this time!

Also, I really should have farmed this event sword first rather than the spear. The spear's stats are actually so ass per level, I couldn't use it to replace anything in my grid until it reached level 85.........

The spear is by far better than the sword and you'll be able to max level it soon, then flb it later. At flb (and max skill level) it come with 21% assault and 15% HP
