I was rerolling today and I got a 100% eidolon(belial fire)+2 water ssr. I'm sure this has probably been answered a million times but does belials 100% do anything for the double water ssrs that I got?

No.
But those Water SSRs will let you farm Fire content easier, so you can feed your Belial stuff. It's a good roll.[/QUOTE]
Hmmm, that's kind of disappointing. Am I forced to make a team of out R fire himes or somethin? My two water ssrs are (All-Souls Death God) Osiris and Shiva. Not sure if worth rerolling.
Belial will carry your fire team til you get better hime, and you've got a good starting water team. That's a solid start for an account.
I'm probably just being pessimistic, because I don't see myself getting even close to a decent fire team by rng rolling with jewels. But you're right that I can just play with the two water ssr I got and pretend I never got a belial. Maybe I will get lucky and roll a few decent fire himes. It's also a pain starting out focusing on one element since you need to gather a full set of elemental specific weapons.
I don't think you understand just how good Belial is. Particularly since you can fill your friendlist with Belial users with it. Fire SRs will walk all over your Water SSRs with that setup.
And, building ANY fantastic team in Kamihime is basically impossible unless you either whale a fuckton, or buy Miracle Tickets to perfect one team. This is particularly true in Nutaku, where our Bonus modifier sucks donkey cock (though, Nutaku may or may not have just boosted it...).
Anyway, point is. You work with what you have. That's part of the (non-whale) challenge. Belial is an incredible boon to you, and you'll see it once you start getting stronger.
