Best non-event quest for the light crystals is the 50 AP one. You can also do the 25 AP one but 2 runs of it might average out to the 50 AP one (although enemies don't hit as hard in the 25 AP one). The crystals drop from all elemental SP quests so you have 6 days out of the week to grind for them.

Union events though... Voodoo covered that. You get 1 shop trade per day though... for now...

And if you got 50k atk rating, you really shouldn't be having any trouble with anything outside of some event missions, GO, Tower, and the catastrophe fights... unless the assault on your grid is low, in which case you need to push that higher ASAP.

Even if it's just R weapons giving assault, they give 100% total when they all hit skill lv 20... but SR and more so SSR are preferred since they have better stats (with some SSR having multiple effects either naturally or through final break limit).

But key thing is to make sure the weapons giving assault match the element of your team. We don't have access to weapons that can help a mixed element team, and even then those will be very hard to get (they come from a raid harder than current content at a VERY LOW drop rate). It's better to just stick to whatever element is strongest for now (which you said was water)

With how this game works, a team with 120% assault and 30k atk can out damage a team with 10% assault and 50k atk
