The story is dead, yes.

But events are the lifeblood of Kamihime. That's where the new content comes in. I can't be bothered to check, but it's probably been like ~39 events in the past year. Lots of them are raids, which have their own stories.

And a lot of stuff and mechanics has been added in the past year. Guild Order for example.

Well, I suppose that's true, but what a shame i really like the history of the game

i have seen better intros in hentais with a deeper story in a shorter time ~~

Michael's awakening actually came 2 months after Acala. it's only been half a month since Acala got awakened anyway, if even that.
