Just keep in mind that for you, at the moment base Atk can be much more valuable than what it is for me.

Oops. I added an extra level for SR so 190 for SR and 210 for SSR to get to 13%. However, when SR grails starts coming into play which SRs can never take full advantage of I guess its roughly the same.

Err scratch that. Also added extra level for SSR so it's actually cheaper 182 vs 190, for SSR to get to 13%.

I did the stupid but intuitive long math so numbers should check out:
SSR - (1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10+11+12+13) × 2 = 182
SR - (1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10+11+12+13+14+15+16+
17+18+19) = 190
