Yes, those are 3000 SC, too. Usually resets with the kamihime SSR guarantee.

The 100% eido drop rates are still abysmal though. I mean, you might get lucky, but you might also end up like me with a bunch of half-broken gacha eidos that dun do you any good (dun ask me how many guaranteed SSR eido I bought, too shameful to answer...)
