Having access to Sniper Shot and Joan is great for you. Herc is great, particularly once you get her Soul weapon, but if you're not that far just yet, you might as well take a detour for either SS or Joan.

Well, in my opinion anyway. It's been years since I was last weak, but I'd think that's still the best way to go. You already have BP, so that's the most important thing - you have more leeway now.

I do think there is a bit of trap when unlocking souls. Your big source of SP is leveling up. Unless you grind really hard you get your first two legendary souls in a week or two, your third after a month or so? But fourth one takes ages, as your gain from levels virtually halts. So all in all I would not detour from Herc - even if you can't get her soul weapon straight away, you will be able to get it before your fourth legendary soul.

This is only true at the start. The game will basically flood you with SP from Rank Ups, enough for one (1) T3 Soul. If that Soul was Andromeda... then you're pretty fucked. I think that is the trap.

After you get your first T3 Soul, your best source of SP is from events.

How many times per day can you do the Guild combat event for the score to count? As in can i do it all the time to keep getting higher score for the guild?

As many times as you want, but it only counts if you better your previous attempts. It's not additive.

Also its 1 turn damage. Try to keep your team alive till the boss debuffs himself then unload everything.

We actually had PATCH NOTES.

Several SR Hime were buffed. I feel like the patch notes were half bullshit, since I wasn't able to confirm like half of them on DMM wiki. But, the important ones that I was able to confirm (from wiki, CBA to test ingame):
1. Astraea now has 10% water res+
2. Amon now has team-wide +10 burst
3. Fortuna can no longer buff enemies, so people can't sabotage raids
4. St Nich (SSR Eidolon) can no longer buff enemies, so people can't sabotage raids
