You can change one of her skill into 20% team-wide guaranteed critical, which if you don't have any other sources of critical just means 20% more dmg across the board, whale or not. Depending on your burst cycle and amount of exceed in grid, that actually can be stronger than PF, as critical will apply to everything, not just your burst. There are a couple catches though:

Yes this is the reason i consider Hector just because not too reliant on stun anymore. For crit, IMO good things is you can set different abilities in each slot 2 & 3 (CMIIW).Heck I'm gonna try farm 2 of those
