When does the magic jewel Step Up events end? Trying to see if I should use tower medals on jewels to complete the 2nd/3rd steps. I'm at the point where I rather be collecting than progressing.

As far as I can tell, the don't expire. They're once per account.

I have a question on eidolons: do eidolon effects stack while equipped as a sub? For example, if I have two Rudras, one on main and one on sub, do I get 200% water attack? If not, would it be best to use the extra copy to limit break it to raise its stats?

No. Passives only work from your main Eidolon and whatever you select when you enter a fight, from your friend list or strangers.

The other five Eidolons are there usually as stat sticks. Some for their on-use ability.

I saw that rewards were increased for guild order quests. Would it be a good idea to rush to rank 50 to be able to do them, or is it better to stay below 50 to keep the beginner support active? Do you need to be in a strong union to do them?

Guild Orders are solo. If you can get to rank50 by Thursday, then you can probably get ~9 points. The rest requires clears, which might be above you at the moment.

What are "beginner support"?

Beginner support gives you no AP costs for main and raid quests until you reach rank 50. Is that worth holding onto instead of the current guild order missions?

Well, GO will flood you with lots of consumables... but I dunno. You make the call. And remember that you'll need to be there at Thu or you'll be down to 8 points (assuming that you can clear wave 3, which I'm not sure you can, but I'd think it's possible thanks to Epic quests).
