    General rule of thumb:
A-frame: Abilities that apply only one buff/debuff.
B-frame: Abilities that apply multiple buffs/debuffs at the same time.
C-frame: These are rare and simply need to be memorized as exceptions.
Stacking: Includes abilities that accumulate with each application. Generally mentioned in the skill description.

For specifics, consult the buffs/debuffs section of the JP wiki.

does same goes for debuffs? i know Sol's debuff is C-frame, so does that mean that if i play 8 turns before the debuff runs out, i can stack it for grand total of -40% atk? sounds op af...

Applying the same skill twice doesn't cause a stacking effect unless it's a stacking-type skill (which is generally mentioned in the skill description).
