Ask yourself question, why are you farming it? If for weapons then yes, it's better to do standard first (you will always do both anyway if you have enough ap/time) since weapons drop from both standard and expert.

If you are farming for limit break materials, then you should do expert first.

That half cost in my opinion changes nothing in regards to farming order.
