Gawain > Cassiopeia > Mordred > Joan. That'll give you access to the debuffs you need. Joan with Black Propaganda will make your team particularly resilient in Ragnaroks. Sniper Shot won't be useful to you since you'll be running Cybele, who already has a strong type B debuff.
