According to Jap Wiki, the weapon skill level doesn't change. It's still 0.5% per skill level, regardless of your current HP.

The base changes depending on your HP, however. 0% at full health, 4% at 80% HP (so more than SR Assault weapons), 6% at 70% HP (so equal to SSR weapons). At best, at 5% HP it is 19%.

The Union weapons are well worth it, since they're only worse at full health. And even then, they're not that bad.

Maybe is a dumb question but... Why some legenday souls cost 300 points and others 500?
Cos Standard and Elite ones cost a 100 and 200 respectively...

Arthur/Solomon are 300 cause they're more the basic-legendary souls I guess. As you start the game with Lancelot, they make it easier for you to be able to get Arthur and Solomon, since she's the standard souls needed for both of them.
Others are 500 I guess cause you're to get them a little later in the game? Though Andromeda was my first... they're more for strategy like long battles, tank soul like Arc, debuffing enemy by Mordred, etc.. rather than just giving your partners atk/ability damage buffs which are useful at the start of the game, still are now cause Arthur's ATK buff is high...

(though I completely went against that, Arthur and Solomon were both the last legendary souls I got lol...)

Soon we'll have another that's 600 SP and it's Hercules.. upgraded of Spartacus/Achilles

Just Recently Started. Currently Rank 23. I Got 2 Wind SSR(Cu Chulainn, Gaia) from Rerolling and settled with it. And Then with my first 3k Jewel i get another 2 SSR, which is Fire(Acala) and Light(Metatron). I usually go with a full Wind Team till now(Just Finished World 3). Is It Okay to just Use all the SSRs i got rather than going full Wind Team? Using Diabolos as Main Eidolon perhaps? Thanks in Advance

it s ok. Pure wind (with weaker khs) will be better when u will have good wind eidolon with 30-40% elemental or charater's damage, and with at least 3-4 assault wind sr weapons with few skill levels, at beginning it doesn't rly matter, just use ur best khs

Man, what a good luck. Those two himes are what I'm in need atm. >_<

Anyway, at the least you should keep them at Sub to level them up, so once you decided to build another team, they're locked and loaded.
