I have 4 characters from top ten players poll after spending 15000 jewels(still no ssr drop)
I understand the popularity with 3 of them, but the fourth one eludes me
Nyarlathotep: great debuff skills
Rakshasa: tsundere+
Artemis: tsundere++
But lastly i have beelzebub, why is she popular?
Her skills dont look great, is it her personality? her looks? or do i underestimate her skills?

Because Berserk greatly boosts damage and has few demerits when timed correctly. Her other abilities synergize with this and result in excellent normal attack damage for the entire team during the Burst generation phase of a fight. Moreover, the defense debuff can be cleansed with recovery skills or canceled with a defense buff.
