2) who should i replace for Amaterasu? (my hime list atm for fire team is: Ares, Acala, Svarog and Brynhidr)

Depends on content, doesn't it? Amaterasu does more damage than Brynhildr, so if you don't need the durability, then Bryn. Otherwise, whoever contributes the least.
