Beginner here. Is it okay to upgrade the SR eidolons dropped from raids?

Hey guys beginner here, where to see the buff/debuff stacking mechanic?, i realize some buff/debuff just keep missing

you probably talking about frames.
there some different frames for either buff and debuff, if you use debuff from the same frame only the stronger 1 will remain and the weker miss.
and you you use 2 or more debuffs from different frames they'll "stack".
the most common frames are either A and B, while there are more rare frames like C and D.
also, weapon and eidolon have a different frame than kamihime so it'll "stack" as well.

on another note,they are also debuff and buffs that actually does stack for a some turns like svarog, susanoo, caspiel etc, you won't see additional mark of debuff/buff from it as it's same frame, but they will either buff/ debuff more if you keep using them till the effect is wearing off.

Are "Lilim" eidolon useful ?
Knowing that I don't have no one to replace Lilim Luxuria (wind) on my wind profile;
but I have Yatagarasu to replace Lilim Ira (Fire) on my fire profile...

they're as good as sub-eidos with their active effect. however the phantom lilim is quite considerable as main eido, if you'll want a fun team or dream team

They're a great risk to use as a main as a loss of a single unit can completely screw you over and lose its passive effect. Their stats are very low as well. Unless you have no other eidolons then go right ahead but otherwise, they're terrible.
