There will be lots more Dragon Eye Shards soon (Event Quests for Advents, Union rewards from Ultimates, Raids... probably didn't get any?) but aside from that, I don't think they're increasing Jewel count?

Koihime awards you with a ton, but Koihime is a bit special.
I don't know when in yhe future, but at some point they have added to possibilty to buy (Max 3k) jewels from advents. I'm 100% sure of the Koihime rerun, and I believe all advents gets this new trade sometime in the future
