Are you using Yukimura (one of the new souls)? Her ability causes an auto attack bug where auto battling skills won't activate unless her burst transfer skill is used.

Unless they already patched that.

I don't have either new soul and I kept noticing one of the skills on my soul would get missed until the next turn.

That's a common bug. No idea why that happens, but basically every time there is one skill that comes off CD in slot 1 (usually occupied by your Soul, but if Soul is dead this can happen to Hime in that slot as well) it won't be used until next turn.

Can confirm, happens quite often with mordred in my case, either the debuff res down skill, or black propaganda gets delayed by a turn.

Yea, you can find them in the shop for 15 full eyes. Might try the 3k ng pull in that case but rather confused about it since the description of the gacha says "will not grant kamihime weapon". So I'm guessing the ticket itself will only give one of the himeless weapons but the gacha will still give a regular SR or higher. Any confirmations?

Correct. It's normal 10 pull with guaranteed SR. Then you get a ticket and roll again for the weapon.
