Looking for new players ahead of time for the union event.

Requirements: Rank 30+, be active (not a whole lot, just make sure you log in and play some, especially during union events). Inactive is defined as not logging in for two weeks.
Available slots: 14
Number of Members: 16
Burst Times: 3:00 - 4:00 and 5:00 - 6:00 server time (This can be changed, no one in the union is opposed to a change)
Guardians: Auran lvl 5, Boltania and Igneitz lvl 3, Aquario locked (but can be purchased).

We need more active players so we can get through union events (we get the SSR weapon and Eidolon at minimum, but we could do more).

Are there any small active unions looking to merge? My union (about half full) is having trouble recruiting and I think merging may be the best option. For information about my union, look to my previous post on this thread.

I'll be honest straight up: our union isn't perfect. We have real lives and real jobs and it can happen when I ask Log to switch to a certain guardian due to an event and several days later at the end of the week it happens. To me it makes our union all the more appealing because we do not try to pretend to be better than we are. But I can guarantee you that we are all serious players and determined to have some fun, kick some butt and win some events. We're going pretty good with union events (but I'll also be honest again: it is mostly Log and myself doing the work so far, but our latest member defqon1 is also quite the player!) and we're also slowly expanding.

We have a decently lenient policy towards idle players but... don't be too inactive. 3 - 4 weeks means you're on your way out.

Why should you join again? Here I am writing all of this up and I was but a sub-leader.....

Ok, seriously: we all love the game, we're all putting effort in and we have a level 2 fire guardian cutey
